Refunds & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any unused polishes if believed not to be the correct colour as advertised. Polish must be returned unused and in its original packaging for replacement or store credit.

Activewear may be exchanged if incorrect size is purchased, postage at the buyers expense. It must be returned in original, resellable condition, with tags and packaging.

All ballgowns and dance dresses are hand made, hand beaded, individual and unique. No returns are accepted unless faulty. All gowns are triple stitched, and spare beads provided. It is at managements discretion to allow ANY return.

All electrical have a 12 month replacement warranty for all manufacturer faults, but does not include misuse.

All polishes have a 12 month warranty also, but only if stored and applied correctly.

A full refund will be provided if this system doesn’t work on an individual’s nails, and has been applied correctly, and every effort has been made to apply it correctly. Assistance will be given to assess and inform correct application method.
