This option is a voluntary option for getting a ‘signature on delivery’.
If you have you goods sent in a standard parcel, they will be left in your letterbox (if large enough) or it will be left at your front door, if no-one is home to accept it.
Select this option if you want it to be signed for. This means someone MUST be home to accept it, or you will receive a pick up card so that you can collect it from your nearest delivery centre. Identification is required, so therefore it can not be delivered to the wrong address.
Australia Post have a very good record, but sometimes things do go missing. It’s nice to be covered. If your tracking advice says “delivered” we take no further responsibilty.
